Fogarty EDvance is your opportunity to be part of a program that is changing student outcomes and changing lives
Become an EDvance School
Fogarty EDvance is your opportunity to be part of a program that is changing student outcomes and changing lives. Your school will complete the three year program as part of a cohort of like minded school leaders.
Fogarty EDvance is currently collecting Expressions of Interest for the 2021 Fogarty EDvance School Improvement Program. We will only proceed to launch Cohort 8 in 2021 where we have achieved a minimum number of interested schools.
We work with schools that want to improve educational outcomes for all students, regardless of their background.
- Have an ICSEA of ~1050 or below* and 50% of students in the bottom two quartiles of advantage?
- Have a principal and leadership team committed to a three-year improvement journey?
- Believe educational outcomes for your students can always be better?
- In metro Perth or regional Western Australia?
- A primary, district high or secondary school?
- A government or non-government school? (All are welcome!)

Once we receive your Expression of Interest, or if you just want to know more about the program and how it works, come along to our free Transformational Framework Workshop on 26 August. This pre-program workshop introduces school leadership teams to the EDvance School Transformation Framework, a foundation tool in the EDvance program.
A half day webinar version of the workshop will also be presented on 27 August, primarily for regional schools
Once we receive your Expression of Interest, we will be in touch to confirm that Cohort 8 will be proceeding, and confirm the next steps.

Support our program
The EDvance program is an initiative of the Fogarty Foundation. The program is also financially supported by the Western Australian Government through the Department of Education, and by Catholic Education Western Australia. By making a contribution, funders close the remaining gap and enable schools to access the program.
You can support the EDvance program by becoming a Major Funding Partner (previous major funders have given between $25,000-$200,000 p.a.); including Fogarty EDvance in your company gift-matching program or making a one-off end of financial year donation; or by joining an established Giving Circle or setting up your own Giving Circle (from as little as $500/year).
By becoming an EDvance funder, you will get the opportunity to gain insight into our program, see the program in action, join school leaders and mentors at workshops, and visit the EDvance schools.
If you’re interested in getting involved contact the team at Fogarty EDvance.
